In July of 2004 we began to speak to our first contact in Eastern Europe.
We heard from Vladimir Pavlichuk from Ukraine. In August, after receiving his filing fee we sent credentials to our
First Regional Superintendent in Eastern Europe.
A month or so later Brother Pavilichuk sent application and filing fee
for brother Ivan Kukharchuk. In the picture below we see our Regional Superintendent for Dayspring/ECC/AEC presenting
the ordination certificate to Brother Ivan... Praise The Lord that He is working through Dayspring in all of the world...
I know you will want to send congratulations to Brother Ivan and Brother Vladimir.
