Objective:
To
carry the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those who have not yet believed and make disciples of those whom have. With that in mind, That of which I am a part is more important
than which part I play. I have much to offer, and am willing to plug in wherever
the need exists. I am a people person
who is teachable and motivated to learn.

Additional Comments
While I am a self-starter
and can work with little supervision once I have been trained on the vision, goals, and plans of the organization, I appreciate
frequent contact with those who give oversight to my position.
I am a strong
believer in the organizational chain of command as portrayed by The Jethro Principle as recorded in Exodus 18:13-26.
I am equally comfortable as a team player or team leader.
I believe that
the purpose of church leaders (those entrusted with five-fold ministry gifts) is to train up (equip) the saints to do the
work of the ministry as their very lifestyle.
My
passion is for changed lives not mere decisions. We as the Body of Christ are
not commissioned to hit and run Evangelism bringing someone to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, making a notch on our
Bible, and moving on to the next potential candidate but rather to make disciples. And
that entails building bridges into peoples lives being willing to get our hands dirty in reaching out to and serving the needs
of hurting individuals.
